RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please return the goods in perfect condition and in their original packaging to:

Please include also the invoice as proof of purchase which needs to be within 14 days of receipt.

You must notify us of your return by email, and it would be very helpful to include a tracking number so that we can monitor the progress of the return to avoid any delays.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item (or items) must be unused, be in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

For any International returns, please ensure that you mark 'RETURNED GOODS' clearly visible on the outside of the parcel. This will prevent any customs charges being added. Please note that any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

BESPOKE ITEMS

Bespoke items cannot be refunded.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you need an exchange for the same item (such as different size), send us an email at info@cadoris.com and send your item to:

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on where the shipping address is.
The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns address. We advise on using a tracked or recorded delivery service. We also recommend you insure the costs of goods before you send them. We will issue a refund to the card used when placing the order once the return has been processed and checked. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a refund from date that we receive your returned goods.
